  • strategic planning sessions - a popular activity, working with clients to assist them to understand their current position, refine their strategy, develop tactics, address operational constraints then flesh out suitable implementation activities/timelines.

  • commercialisation - developing product mixes, branding and positioning, market assessments and structuring roll-out activities to maximise results.

  • strategic web site - developing and implementing strategy, structure, tactics and content for websites (astutely aligned with the overall focus and direction of the business with strong market integration).

  • export development - 'cracking' export markets. For example, ClarityInDeed assisted one client to quickly establish a strong and tangible relationship with the market leader in their segment, after they had limited results over the previous 6+ years.

  • written communication - positioning and alignment documents to more effectively connect with clients, markets, suppliers and stakeholders (both for immediate outcomes and as part of a longer term activity). Condense and effectively communicating complex information in an easily understood and comprehended form.

  • presentation communication 1 - have given, on the behalf of clients, powerful and effective presentations. Achieving a significantly better impact than they would have by doing it themselves. ClarityInDeed's extensive experience at public speaking and communication is an invaluable tool for powerful outcomes.

  • presentation communication 2 - developing award winning presentations for clients. This involves developing strategy, tactics, structure and content for the presentation. We also prepared the slides, wrote the presentation and coached for effective delivery. The results were stunning - in one case, a client came from behind the field to be the front-runner!

  • representation - working as part of the contact team (sales, contract negotiation, trouble-shooting, disaster recovery, trade show presence etc.) when dealing with tricky/challenging situations. This role has been be as both front person and in support and resource capacities.

  • advisory - clients tapping into our resources, experiences and skills to quickly address pressing issues.

  • grant applications - a clear and focussed communication style has resulted in powerful and interesting applications - our ability to provide insight and understanding of the process is greatly valued.
